Pesto Cucumber Arugula Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat medium-sized pan on medium high heat
  2. Toast the Julian’s bread for a bit if it was in the freezer to thaw
  3. Spread pesto on both sliced of bread
  4. Sprinkle goat cheese on both slices of bread
  5. Add a few dashes of Everything but Bagel to one slice
  6. Place cucumber slices on same slice
  7. Place arugula on top of cucumber
  8. Put less topped bread slice on other
  9. Spray pan with Avocado Oil spray
  10. Carefully transfer grilled cheese to pan
  11. Cook 3 minutes on each side or until the bread has a nice char
  12. Enjoy!
